About the Role … An exciting opportunity in the food and beverage team is available for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Food Outlet Supervisor will be responsible for the daily operations of the food outlet team in our Gardens Steak and Seafood restaurant, recently named 2026 best dining boutique.
This is a hands-on supervisory role where you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of service within the food outlet, in addition to the duties of upskilling and cross-training the team in service requirements and promotional awareness. This will be achieved through your demonstrated ability to train, guide and motivate team members in an environment that values friendliness, productivity and importantly, a commitment to exceptional customer service.
In this role, you will also be required to undertake the following duties:
- Food outlet team coaching, mentoring & upskilling
- Creation and implementation of daily operational programs
- Ensuring customers are served in a professional and timely manner
- High level of cleanliness in the food outlet and equipment
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns
- Input in creation and design of food menus
- Ensure adherence to all relevant legislative guidelines
- Flexible hours and availability essential
About You... As someone with previous experience in the hospitality or a customer related industry, you will possess a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You will have a willingness to build long-term relationships with customers and will have impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills. As a member of our team, you will have the skill set to work both independently and in a team environment. You will also need to have a flexible approach to a rotating roster, as this department operates early and late shifts, 7 days per week, including public holidays.

Experience and Qualifications: - Previous hospitality experience (minimum 2 years)
- Statutory licences of RSA and RSG are essential
- Experience in conflict resolution and employee engagement
- Working rights in Australia
