We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Marketing and Promotions assistant to drive our marketing and promotional content with an expectation of approximately 25+ hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive support to our Events and Marketing Coordinator in various aspects of the department, including but not limited to:

• Manage social and digital media presence
• Coordinate email campaigns
• Collate and respond to feedback from all online forums
• Perform administrative duties to support operations
• Contribute to the development and execution of our marketing strategy
• Assist in set up of engaging displays
• Conduct daily promotions
• Assist in outlets as needed

Requirements

• Ability to work weekends and nights
• Understanding of the Community Club & hospitality industry including associated legislation
• Passion for marketing and a desire to make a meaningful impact
• Proficient in Canva, Microsoft, Adobe Pro, Talkbox would be a valuable asset
• Experience moderating social media platforms preferred
• Responsible Service of Alcohol & Responsible Gaming Service
