Casual - Night Shift & Weekends

Greenbank Services Club has an exciting opportunity for motivated, committed and energetic staff to join our team!

As a leading entertainment venue in SEQ, Greenbank Services Club encompasses a 300 machine gaming floor, two dining outlets, multiple function rooms & bars and a fully supervised Kids Club Room. Partnered with 5 star customer service, our members and guests will receive a customised experience upon each and every visit.

 

 

About the Role …

 

As a part of the Marketing Host team, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and developing relationships with members
  • Ensuring compliance with liquor & gaming regulations
  • Maximising the patron satisfaction levels by driving service standards
  • Answering phone calls and directing them to correct contact or answering enquiries
  • Sale of liquor through the on-premise bottle shop
  • Hosting and conducting internal club promotions
  • Microphone announcements
  • Answering all enquiries from members

 

Your role will be to enhance customer service, achieve individual and team KPIs, meet financial targets and coach and motivate your team. 

 

A front of house, hands-on role, you will bring proven experience of floor operations including cash handling, a decisive personality and the ability to communicate with a diverse membership demographic. An eye for detail and a clear understanding of compliance and necessary legislation is imperative.

 

To be successful in this role you would need to possess the following: 

 

Essential skills & competencies:

  • Have an extensive knowledge of club activities
  • Knowledge of aspects of compliance with relevant legislation
  • Proven ability to deal with a diverse demographic
  • Ability to improve communications and form strong customer relations
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
  • Immaculate personal presentation and service

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate 
  • Responsible Service of Gaming certificate
  • Comply with the current vaccine mandate as directed by Queensland Health
  • Experience in conflict resolution and employee engagement
  • Working rights in Australia
