About the Role..

We're currently seeking a reliable and motivated Store person to join our team and help support the daily operations of our venue. As our Store person, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining stock for multiple bars and front-of-house departments.

This is a hands-on role involving goods receiving, stock rotation, inventory control, and ensuring supplies are available when needed — all while maintaining hygiene and safety standards suitable for a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and store food, beverage, and equipment deliveries

• Distribute stock to relevant departments (Bars, restaurants, etc.)

• Maintain accurate records of incoming/outgoing goods

• Rotate stock to ensure freshness and minimise waste

• Monitor stock levels and alert management of shortages

• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are upheld in all storage areas

• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments as required

• Assist with stocktake and inventory audits

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a similar store person or receiving role in hospitality or related industries

The role covers service in two outlets with differing service styles including table service and order at point of sale. Additionally, the successful candidate will assist in private functions as required offering both food & beverage service to guests.

An exciting opportunity in the food and beverage team is available for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Food Outlet Supervisor will be responsible for the daily operations of the food outlet team in our Gardens Steak and Seafood restaurant, recently named 2026 best dining boutique. 

This is a hands-on supervisory role where you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of service within the food outlet, in addition to the duties of upskilling and cross-training the team in service requirements and promotional awareness. This will be achieved through your demonstrated ability to train, guide and motivate team members in an environment that values friendliness, productivity and importantly, a commitment to exceptional customer service.

In this role, you will also be required to undertake the following duties: 

• Food outlet team coaching, mentoring & upskilling
• Creation and implementation of daily operational programs

• High level of cleanliness in the food outlet and equipment

• Input in creation and design of food menus
• Ensure adherence to all relevant legislative guidelines

About the Role …

As a Gaming Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining and developing relationships with members
• Operation of 300 gaming machines
• Ensuring compliance with liquor & gaming regulations
• Providing direct feedback to management
• Maximising the patron satisfaction levels by driving service standards
• Supervising & coaching a dynamic team 
• Managing and leading as required to maintain an efficient department

Your role will be to enhance customer service, achieve individual and team KPIs, meet financial targets and coach and motivate your team. 

A front of house, hands-on role, you will bring proven experience of floor operations including cash handling, staff management, a decisive personality and the ability to communicate with a diverse membership demographic. An eye for detail and a clear understanding of compliance and necessary legislation is imperative.

About you …

As someone with previous experience in the hospitality or a customer related industry, you will possess a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You will have a willingness to build long-term relationships with customers and will have impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills.

As a member of our team, you will have the skillset to work both independently and in a team environment. You will also need to have a flexible approach to shift work, 7 days per week, including public holidays.

This role is responsible for creating engaging content, capturing the energy of the venue, and ensuring our promotions, events, dining, entertainment and community involvement are showcased in a fresh and professional way online. You will manage and create content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, TripAdvisor and Google Business, helping to strengthen the club’s brand, connect with our members and guests, and drive awareness of everything our venue has to offer. Due to the nature of the role, a flexible approach to working hours is required, including availability to assist with club events across evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the club’s social and digital platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, TripAdvisor and Google Business
• Capture fresh photo and video content in venue on a regular basis
• Create engaging posts, reels, stories and short-form videos tailored to each platform
• Promote the club’s events, promotions, food and beverage offers, entertainment, functions, gaming promotions and community initiatives
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date business information, imagery and promotional content across all digital channels
• Develop creative content ideas that align with current social media trends and audience engagement
• Support the delivery of advertising campaigns across Facebook and Google where required
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure content is timely, relevant and aligned with business priorities

What We’re Looking For
